Job Summary Progressive Technology is seeking detail-oriented and reliable Entry-Level Chat Moderators to join our growing remote operations team. This role is ideal for individuals who are looking to start their career in online moderation and digital customer support without phone-based responsibilities. As a Chat Moderator, you will help maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging online environment by monitoring conversations, enforcing platform guidelines, and supporting users through text-based interactions only.
