The Telehealth Physical Therapist provides high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy services to residents within a long-term care (LTC) facility using secure telehealth technology. This role supports onsite clinical teams by delivering virtual evaluations, treatment sessions, clinical recommendations, and interdisciplinary collaboration to improve resident mobility, safety, and functional independence.
