Our client is looking for a Community Marketing Manager to join their team! This is full‑time assignment for approx. 6 months and is fully remote. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and scale a global community ecosystem that drives awareness, sustained engagement, and membership growth across regions, technical disciplines, and experience levels Nurture a high‑trust, high‑value community experience, establishing clear communication rhythms, best practices, and recognition programs that spotlight expertise and leadership Maintain a distinctive technical voice through high‑quality, developer‑focused content across blogs, social platforms, online forums, video, and third‑party channels Empower and mentor local community leaders, supporting meetups, workshops, and activations aligned with industry events and regional priorities Translate community signals into go‑to‑market impact, surfacing insights and high‑intent engagement to sales and growth teams to influence pipeline and adoption Partner cross‑functionally with product, marketing, and sales to design integrated campaigns that leverage community intelligence and deliver measurable results REQUIREMENTS Experience building and scaling technical or developer communities, ideally within SaaS, data, infrastructure, or open‑source ecosystems Demonstrated leadership of event programs, from intimate meetups and workshops to collaboration with large‑scale global conferences Strong command of online community platforms and channels, with the ability to activate and grow engagement across forums, social platforms, and private communities
The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $40–45 per hour.
