Position Summary We're seeking a creative Social Media Manager with strong Copywriting skills to help BidZoo grow organically across all channels.
In this role, you'll craft engaging content that reaches beyond our following base while maintaining educational and valuable content for our early fans. Ideal for a hyper-connected person who is connected to trends and knows how to go viral. This position reports to the Growth Marketing Manager and offers the opportunity to explore various angles to help us grow. Your first week in the role will be dedicated to creating a strong Social Media strategy together with the Growth Marketing Manager. Key Responsibilities - Execute a comprehensive social media strategy across our platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Discord and any emerging platforms needed to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
- Create a weekly content planner of various posts according to our goals. - Manage daily posting schedules, monitor trends, and optimize content for maximum reach. - Engage with our community by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in a brand-aligned manner to foster loyalty and excitement. - Collaborate with the creative designer to create attractive visuals and reels. - Experiment with emerging trends to keep BidZoo at the forefront of social innovation. - Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, legal standards, and platform policies while maintaining our voice - Promote blog posts and new content across all channels - Apply SEO best practices to increase visibility and reach - Monitor analytics and adjust strategy for performance - Develop stories and other time sensitive content - Support broader content needs including website copy, emails, and blog content Requirements - 2+ years of proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative content that drove engagement and growth (Viral campaigns, high-engagement posts). - Proficiency in content creation tools like Figma, Canva, CapCut, or similar. - Deep understanding of social media algorithms, best practices, and audience behaviors across major platforms. - Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a knack for crafting compelling captions and narratives. - Strong understanding of SEO, analytics, and social metrics - Skilled in short form video creation and content editing - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver on deadlines - Creative problem solver with strong attention to detail - Up to date on social media best practices and trends Preferred Skills - Knowledge of gamification in social content.
- Familiarity with Discord, UGC, and Influencer collaborations. - Expertise in Copywriting and crafting engaging content. Requirements - Availability to commit to 25 hours per week. - Bilingual proficiency in English. - Ability to overlap for at least 4 hours per day with Central European Time (CET). - Ability to engage with our community for at least 1 hour per day.
