Tax Expert, Tax Associate, Tax Preparer, Tax Filer, Taxation, Tax Accountant Job Description Responsibilities • Provide exceptional customer support, video, phone, and chat) • Assisting customers with their tax returns. • Ability to navigate multiple software applications and job aids to research and provide guidance on complex tax questions and preparing tax returns. • Create an excellent customer experience using your tax experience and research capabilities. • Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
