About the position Marsh McLennan has an outstanding opportunity to join and grow in our remote-first Threat Intelligence team in a leadership role. As the Threat Intelligence Manager, you will be responsible for integrating threat intelligence into all Marsh McLennan security functions to mature our proactive and reactive posture. You will assist in shaping and implementing the cyber threat intelligence strategy for the team and organization. In this role, you will develop and report regular briefings on threats, threat actors, TTPs, and other relevant elements.
This role will also be responsible for operationalizing existing threat intelligence products and tools at a tactical level. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and reporting on threat intelligence specific metrics for multiple levels of leadership. Responsibilities • Providing finished intelligence deliverables based on analysis for a variety of technical and non-technical audiences on a regular cadence • Implementing and developing threat intelligence strategy at a tactical, operational, and strategic level • Integrating threat intelligence into existing tools, processes, and teams to mature detection and response efforts • Maintaining an advanced knowledge of global threat trends, known threat actors, common tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), and emerging security technologies • Tracking and trending relevant intelligence items to inform short and long term security efforts • Identifying key intelligence gaps and proposing solutions for resolving or mitigating associated risk • Providing investigative support for large scale and complex incidents as needed by Global Information Security Requirements • 6+ years of information security experience and/or equivalent experience in intelligence analysis • Equivalent experience or related degrees such as an undergraduate degree in Computer Science (CS) or Computer Information Systems (CIS) • Advanced knowledge in two or more of the following domains: Network Operations and Architecture, Operating Systems, Identity and Access Management, Programming, Cloud Computing, Databases, or Cryptography • Advanced knowledge of common attacks, current threats, threat actors, and industry trends • Demonstrated history of integrating threat intelligence at a tactical, operational, and strategic level Nice-to-haves • Demonstrated completion of professional or technical courses in threat intelligence or other relevant security training • Demonstrated history of leadership experience and knowledge • Advanced knowledge of industry accepted analysis tradecraft and standards Benefits • Professional development opportunities • Supportive leaders • Vibrant and inclusive culture • Range of career opportunities • Benefits and rewards to enhance well-being Apply tot his job
