Are you an experienced Real Estate Transaction Coordinator who loves keeping deals organized and clients happy? We’re looking for someone who’s detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to join Sean Kundra Realty, a growing, energetic real estate team with eXp Realty in Saskatchewan! What You’ll Do - Manage real estate transactions from offer to close - Communicate with clients, agents, lawyers, and lenders to keep every file on track - Prepare and review documents, upload to systems (MLS, Skyslope, BoldTrail, etc.) - Keep timelines and compliance deadlines in check - Support the team with light social media posting or graphics/video tasks (not required.
but a big plus if you enjoy it!) What We’re Looking For - Proven experience as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator (preferably North America-based or U.S./Canada transactions) - Familiar with CRM tools and platforms such as Skyslope, MLS, Asana, Outlook, or BoldTrail - Highly organized, detail-driven, and proactive in communication - Can work 11 AM – 7 PM CST (Monday – Friday) - Open to work on weekends (required) - Positive, professional, and a true team player Nice-to-Haves: Creative eye for basic graphics, Canva, or short social media posts Experience working with remote teams Long-term position with growth potential
