Description: I’m looking for an experienced professional who specializes in securing shipping refunds or reimbursements from major carriers, including bolthires, USPS, and bolthires. Many shipments qualify for refunds due to delays, errors, lost packages, incorrect charges, and other issues. I need someone who can help evaluate my shipping history and recover any eligible funds. Responsibilities: - Review shipment history and invoices from bolthires, USPS, and bolthires - Identify shipments that qualify for refunds, credits, or reimbursements - File claims and track progress until refunds are issued - Provide clear reporting on recovered amounts - Advise on best practices to prevent overcharges going forward - Outline SOPs and templates used to audit and secure reimbursements Requirements: - Proven experience recovering shipping refunds from bolthires/USPS/bolthires - Strong understanding of carrier policies, SLAs, and refund eligibility - Ability to work independently and communicate clearly - High accuracy and attention to detail - (Optional) Experience with shipping audit tools or refund automation systems Please Include in
