Remote Patient Scheduling Executive to join our growing healthcare services team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring seamless scheduling of appointments, accurate data entry, and excellent patient experience. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home while supporting bolthires’ commitment to quality healthcare services. Key Responsibilities • Manage inbound and outbound patient calls to schedule, reschedule, or confirm medical appointments.

• Maintain accurate patient records and appointment details in electronic health systems. • Provide timely responses to patient inquiries regarding appointment availability, preparation, and follow-up instructions. • Collaborate with clinical staff and healthcare providers to ensure efficient scheduling and patient flow. • Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts while maintaining patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations. • Assist with administrative tasks, including updating patient information, verifying insurance details, and generating scheduling reports.

• Continuously contribute to improving patient satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication. Required Skills and Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred. • Proven experience in scheduling, patient services, call center, or healthcare administrative roles. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. • Proficient in bolthires Office Suite and experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Ability to multitask and handle high-volume scheduling efficiently. • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy standards. Experience • 1–3 years of experience in healthcare administration, medical scheduling, or patient services preferred. • Experience in remote work environments or virtual communication platforms is an advantage. Working Hours • Full-time, Monday through Friday; flexible shifts may be available. • Standard business hours with occasional evening or weekend availability based on patient needs.
