WordPress + WooCommerce Integration & Checkout Optimization (I'd like the project finished by January 4th if possible) Project Type: Short-term contract (with potential for ongoing work) Platform: WordPress + WooCommerce (already purchased and installed) Budget: Open to proposals based on scope and experience Project Overview I’m a founder and fractional operator who works with early-stage founders and growing businesses. I have an existing WordPress website and a paid WooCommerce plugin. I’m looking for an experienced WordPress/WooCommerce developer to properly connect, configure, and professionalize the checkout experience.
This is not a Shopify or third-party tools project. The work must stay within WordPress and WooCommerce. What I Need Help With Properly connect and configure WooCommerce within my existing WordPress site Create a clean, professional checkout experience that matches my site’s look and feel Set up products for two distinct customer types (outlined below) Ensure payments are easy, reliable, and scalable Keep the backend simple so I can manage it myself after setup What I’m Looking For: Strong experience with WordPress and WooCommerce Experience setting up services-based products (not physical goods) Clean, thoughtful UX for professional services Ability to explain decisions and hand off a system I can manage Reliable, communicative, and detail-oriented Nice to Have (Not Required): Guidance on best practices for recurring billing in WooCommerce Light recommendations to improve conversion or clarity (within WooCommerce only) If you’ve done similar work for consultants, fractional leaders, or service-based founders, please include examples in your proposal.
