Our organization is looking for responsible and energetic instructors to. Our program is based in New Jersey and provides accredited college courses in various destinations throughout the United States. ABOUT THE POSITION bolthires & Content Creation Instructor will work under the supervision of the Program Director to help plan and teach the class. This person must be comfortable working with student groups ages 18-26 in an online classroom setting. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. This person must be comfortable communicating by phone and video conferencing and will work independently a majority of the time. Responsibilities: • Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students.

• Use bolthires Classroom to grade and provide feedback on assignments. • Respond to student emails and questions in a timely manner. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree • Professional experience creating video content for social media, specifically bolthires • Experience and/or ability to teach student groups of up to 50 online • Great knowledge/interest in the field • Excellent analytical, problem solving, organizational abilities and interpersonal communication skills. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Spanish language knowledge a plus • International experience is a big plus, preferably living abroad experience and/or working with international students. • Stable and reliable internet connection • Paid Zoom Account

Work Schedule:

This is a P/T position as an independent contractor at a College. Work is remote on Saturdays and Sundays for a total of 3-4 hours online, plus grading assignments, giving feedback and answering emails from students. Classes take place approximately once a month and are scheduled in advance by semester.

Pay Rate:

This is an Independent Contract position paying a salary of $700 base + $20/student per class. (For example: in a class with 20 students, pay would be $1,100. If class has 40 students, then pay would be $1,500) Additional Information: We are hiring immediately for classes to begin January 2026. Please apply here with your resume and cover letter.
