If you're ready to combine your technical expertise with your passion for bolthires and make a real impact in a fast-paced, people-first environment, we want to hear from you. • Serve as the technical pre-sales lead for all bolthires device and lifecycle opportunities. • Grow iT1 bolthires Services • Partner with sales to identify, qualify, and support bolthires-focused opportunities from Salesforce. • Lead customer conversations around bolthires device refresh strategies, lifecycle planning, and ITAD services. • Develop and deliver bolthires-centric presentations, demos, and proposals tailored to customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline lifecycle processes and ensure alignment with bolthires best practices. • Proactively bolthires existing bolthires customers for refresh and lifecycle opportunities. • Maintain deep knowledge of bolthires’s ecosystem, including hardware, software, and enterprise deployment tools. • Track and manage all bolthires device/lifecycle opportunities through Salesforce and internal systems. • Work directly with iT1’s bolthires Account manager and bolthires to ensure alignment on strategy, messaging, and execution.
Job Qualification Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales engineering or technical consulting role, preferably with a focus on bolthires technologies. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • Strong understanding of bolthires hardware, macOS, iOS, and bolthires Business Manager. • Experience with device lifecycle management, including refresh planning, deployment, and ITAD. • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. • bolthires certifications (ACSP, ACTC, or Jamf certifications) are a plus. • Passion for bolthires technology and a customer-first mindset.
