Remote Customer Service Representative (Must be local to NE OH)
Pay: $19/hourly
Length: 3+ months...
Location: Remote with 1-2 weeks of onsite training
Schedule: Second shift, M-F, 12-8pm
Staffing Solutions Enterprises is looking for a remote call center representative to assist a local, not-for-profit organization! In this role, you will answer inbound calls regarding public services, social services, and health agencies in near Cleveland.

Essential Job Functions/Key Accountabilities:
ย Uses exceptional customer service techniques for handling inbound calls, emails, live, chat etc. to assess needs, and provide information about local resources available.
ย Responds in a professional, nonjudgmental manner when interacting with all populations.
ย Implements customer service techniques for handling calls and de-escalating situations.
ย Implements established processes for understanding individual needs, build an action plan, and follow up with caller once the action plan is put in place.
ย Maintains knowledge of non-profit resources, and participates in team meetings, and completes reading, training, and other assignments.
ย Wired internet connection.
Requirements:
ย Must be detail oriented.
ย Good listening skills
ย Must be able to multitask.
ย Must be calm and not escalate the caller.
ย Must be patient.
ย Ability to adapt to callers from various backgrounds.
