Remote At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely. This position may be a hybrid or fully remote position, as decided by your manager. If designated as hybrid, you’ll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office location, so you should live within commuting distance.
If designated as remote, you’ll be working remotely from your home and may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings. Your hiring manager can share more about this role’s hybrid or remote designation. This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands. GoDaddy is not currently considering candidates for this role in California, Seattle, or NYC. We are seeking an exceptional Principal Product Manager to lead our Commerce Insights Experience Team! You will define the roadmap and strategy for our reporting, insights and data experience products across web, mobile and point-of-sale surfaces, delivering delightful products to help small businesses understand their success and how to grow with GoDaddy. What you’ll get to do… • Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for GoDaddy’s merchant reporting, insights, and data experiences, ensuring merchants can easily understand and act on their business performance.
• Partner with engineering, design, analytics, data science, and go-to-market teams to deliver scalable, high-quality data products that improve merchant outcomes. • Create intuitive dashboards, reporting workflows, and data visualizations that provide merchants with clarity on sales, operations, and customer behavior. • Translate complex data into meaningful insights and storytelling, enabling merchants to make confident, data-driven decisions. • Champion a culture of experimentation and measurement, building capabilities for merchants to test, learn, and grow their businesses.
• Develop success metrics that guide prioritization and measure the impact of reporting and data experiences. • Stay ahead of market trends and innovations in commerce analytics, applying them to strengthen GoDaddy’s competitive edge. Your experience should include… • 8+ years of product management experience, with significant focus on data, analytics, insights, or reporting products. • Proven track record of launching and scaling customer-facing products that simplify complex data for broad user bases.
• Deep understanding of commerce, SaaS, or retail ecosystems—particularly how merchants use data to optimize decisions and grow revenue. • Strong technical acumen; able to collaborate with engineers and data scientists on data architecture, pipelines, APIs, and visualization tools. • Exceptional product sense with a passion for creating intuitive, merchant-friendly experiences. • Strategic communicator who can influence at all levels, from executives to cross-functional partners, while advocating for the merchant voice.
