We’re looking for a sharp, fast-moving paid media pro who’s fluent in Meta Ads and thrives in high-volume, high-stakes environments. Our agency is in the stand-up comedy space. Very fun and very niche to say the least, so experience in entertainment marketing is a HUGE plus. This is a contract-to-hire role that will require full-time hours from day one. You’ll be building and managing 300–500 campaigns per month across Facebook and Instagram (and occasionally other platforms), focused on driving ticket sales for live comedy events across the U.S.
and the globe. We sometimes represent the artist. Sometimes the venue. And each comes with its own unique set of challenges—whether it’s conversion tracking, budget pacing, or pixel configurations. IDEAL CANDIDATE: • You live inside Meta Ads Manager and can structure, scale, and optimize campaigns in your sleep. • You’ve worked with dynamic, event-based ad strategies and understand how to drive urgency and conversions. • You know how to set up pixels, events, and advanced tracking—and can troubleshoot when things break.
• You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves on the creative side—whether it’s tweaking copy, suggesting hooks, or selecting assets. • You thrive in a fast-paced, high-output environment and can move quickly without sacrificing attention to detail. THE JOB: • 99% Facebook/Instagram ads (some bolthires/TikTok experience is a bonus) • Campaign objectives: ticket sales for live shows/events • Hands-on execution: You’ll be building 200–300 campaigns/month • Tools: Meta Business Suite, Event Manager, GA4, and whatever gets the job done YOU'RE NOT A GOOD FIT IF: • You’re looking for part-time hours or “freelance on the side” • You get overwhelmed managing multiple ad sets/accounts • You’re more of a strategist than a doer.
