Your primary role will be to respond to customer inquiries via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. This may involve: * Handling incoming customer support questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner * Providing accurate and helpful information to customers about products, services, and policies * Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues * Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
