We are seeking a U.S.-based Healthcare Data & Program Support professional to support a long-term, remote healthcare analytics and program operations initiative. This role focuses on data analysis, reporting, documentation, and operational support for a complex healthcare program. You will work as part of a structured, professionally managed team with clearly defined processes, leadership oversight, and consistent workload. This is not a short-term gig. We are building a stable team for ongoing work and value reliability, communication, and attention to detail.
What You’ll Do Analyze healthcare-related datasets to identify trends, risks, and insights Support data validation, cleaning, and quality assurance efforts Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and documentation Assist with program tracking, metrics, and performance reporting Coordinate with team leads and stakeholders to support deliverables Follow established data governance, privacy, and compliance procedures -What We’re Looking For Experience in data analytics, healthcare operations, or program support Strong skills in Excel, data analysis tools, and structured reporting Ability to work independently while following defined processes Clear written and verbal communication skills High attention to accuracy, confidentiality, and deadlines Eligibility Requirements Must be located in the United States Must be able to pass a background check Availability for 30–40 hours per week Experience with healthcare, VA, or federal programs is a plus (not required) -Why
