An Average Day: (Includes, but not limited to) β€’ Collect, clean, and analyze healthcare sales data from multiple sources (CRM, EMR, claims, and internal systems). β€’ Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as revenue growth, referral sources, conversion rates, and territory performance. β€’ Provide actionable insights to sales leadership for forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic planning. β€’ Identify market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to support targeted sales campaigns.

β€’ Collaborate with sales, marketing, and clinical teams to align data insights with organizational goals. β€’ Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare data privacy regulations in all reporting and analysis. β€’ Present findings to executives and stakeholders in clear, concise formats (charts, presentations, summaries). Other duties as assigned Requirements: β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field. β€’ 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in healthcare or life sciences.
