The Healthcare Sales Data Analyst will play a critical role in supporting business growth by analyzing sales performance, market trends, and customer data within the healthcare sector. This position bridges the gap between sales strategy and data-driven decision-making, ensuring that leadership teams have actionable insights to optimize revenue, strengthen client relationships, and expand market share. An Average Day: (Includes, but not limited to) • Collect, clean, and analyze healthcare sales data from multiple sources (CRM, EMR, claims, and internal systems). • Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as revenue growth, referral sources, conversion rates, and territory performance. • Provide actionable insights to sales leadership for forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic planning. • Identify market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to support targeted sales campaigns.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and clinical teams to align data insights with organizational goals. • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare data privacy regulations in all reporting and analysis. • Present findings to executives and stakeholders in clear, concise formats (charts, presentations, summaries). Other duties as assigned Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field. • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in healthcare or life sciences.
