Job Description

DESCRIPTION: We are a fast-growing startup creative + performance marketing agency with an ambitious long-term vision. We build landing experiences designed to convert—not just look good. Aesthetic is the baseline; performance is the standard. We are looking for a No-Code Web / Landing Page Designer who can transform positioning, messaging, and creative direction into digital experiences that guide people toward taking meaningful action. This role starts at 1–2 hours per week, with potential to expand significantly as client volume and project scope scale.

WHAT YOU WILL BUILD: Landing experiences that are: – Persuasive in message hierarchy – Intuitive in flow and navigation – Clean, premium, and brand-aligned – Designed for measurable performance – Structured around audience psychology You will design pages across niches and industries—but all must meet a consistent quality bar.

RESPONSIBILITIES: – Build landing pages using Webflow, Squarespace, or Kajabi – Maintain and refine landing templates for scalability – Make conversion-focused recommendations when designing sections or layouts – Run controlled variations (A/B or multivariate tests) – Improve clarity, readability, and flow based on observed patterns – Collaborate with marketing, creative, and copy resources to align messaging – Implement no-code elements such as forms, light interactions, reusable components, etc.

– Ensure pages load quickly, visually communicate trust, and reduce friction

This is not a rigid “execute files as provided” role—there is room to contribute thinking, rationale, and strategic adjustments. WHAT WE VALUE IN DESIGN APPROACH: – Understanding that page structure influences attention, scrolling depth, and conversion – Empathy for the user’s decision-making state – Ability to translate positioning into clean UX hierarchy – Clarity over decoration – Consistent structure, sizing, spacing, and layout integrity – Creative taste paired with usability and conversion logic We hire designers who think—not just assemble.

REQUIREMENTS: – 2–4+ years working with no-code builders (Webflow preferred) – Demonstrated work designing landing pages or microsites – Ability to translate written copy into appropriate visual hierarchy – Strong eye for layout fundamentals and spacing systems – Comfort working at startup speed – Ability to collaborate clearly and concisely – Familiarity with analytics tools, UX patterns, or CRO principles is beneficial but not required You should be someone who cares about both design quality and the effect design has on performance.
