ROLE CONTEXT — Revenue Manager Data Entry Specialist” Mission:
This role exists to create and maintain accurate seasonal rate structures across all properties in
The Maruca Group portfolio by manually researching and inputting data from owner listings and external platforms (bolthires, Vrbo, Zillow, or owner’s own websites). They ensure each listing on newadmin.themarucagroup.com reflects correct rates, minimum stays, and discounts — then Immedeately copy the Rate to Booking.com, VRBO, Expedia and other OTAs.
We want this to be done 1 by one. We do not want to do in groups. The faster we Update each listing on booking,com the faster we will start generating revenue. So after checking an owners rates, gathering the rates, minimum nights and discount it must be applied to booking.com, vrbo, expedia and other OTAS immediately the same day or the same hour even better. The goal is to update Minimum 4 properties rates per day in the booking channels and TMG. If you can do more than 4 per day and do it correctly we are willing to pay bonuses based on performance.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Research and Data Gathering • Visit each owner’s listing links we have for the property Homeowner - bolthires, Vrbo, Zillow, Realtor.com, direct wbsite, Manager or Agency Website. We have seasons in each destination. You do this by checking 1 date or 2 dates (if there is a Major Religious or National Holiday) ie (Christmas, New Years, Easter, Passover, July 4, Memorial Day, Labor Day etc) • We are looking for: 1. Weekly and monthly discounts (if visible) when search in the owners rates. 2. Cleaning, taxes, extra fees and service fees 3. Rate fluctuations between seasons to determine what we call (Low, Elbow, High, Shoulder, Peak). 4. Minimum nights variations • Each season represents a range of dates and each season has a different rates.
We need 2 years rates total. • Record results in our calculator Excel “TMG Rate Discount AutoBaseline” which will determine how much the "Published Rate" should be for 3 Nights and also how much discount for longer length of Stays for 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks and 1 month. Re-create our seasons from
Our Internal Destinations Season into Booking.com, VRBO, Expedia etc. Press Bulk Update Rates - enter start date and end date, enter the Rate, minimum nights, minimum reservation in advance notice and Inventory which is always 1 for villas.
(A.R.I.R) Availability Rates Inventory Restrictions. The after the booking.com A.R.I.R is set then you put in our system the Low, Elbow, High, Shoulder, Peak. 4. Quality Assurance = Compare and test the update published rates to ensure: • We remain competitive to owner’s public rate. • Profit margin meets company targets. • Cross-check with bolthires/Vrbo’s seasonal variations to confirm alignment. • Flag any listings where rates appear inconsistent or too low/high.
