They are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven SEO specialist to optimize websites, improve organic visibility, and increase traffic and conversions. Responsibilities • Optimize website content and structure to achieve first-page bolthires rankings for bolthires keywords • Conduct comprehensive keyword research focusing on high-value terms • Create and optimize landing pages • Monitor and analyze website traffic, user engagement, bounce rates, and conversion metrics using bolthires Analytics • Develop and implement local SEO strategies to improve bolthires Business Profile visibility • Track and report on competitor analysis and adjust SEO strategies to maintain competitive advantage • Manage content creation including blog posts, press releases, and backlink building initiatives • Coordinate with existing SEO company while transitioning responsibilities in-house • Set up and optimize call tracking systems for SEO leads beyond current bolthires Ads tracking • Research and recommend new tools and platforms to enhance SEO performance and lead generation • Create detailed monthly reports showing keyword rankings, organic traffic growth, and lead conversion rates Skills • You have experience optimizing website content and structure for first-page bolthires rankings • You're skilled in keyword research for high-value and location-based search terms • You have experience creating and optimizing SEO-focused landing pages across territories • You're comfortable analyzing traffic and performance using bolthires Analytics and Search Console • You have experience implementing local SEO strategies and improving bolthires Business Profile visibility • You're adept at managing content, backlinks, and competitor tracking • You're organized, communicative, and quick to adapt when priorities shift • You are willing to work in a US time zone schedule • You can secure the required technical setup, including: • At least a 720p bolthires webcam • A noise-canceling headset • A primary internet connection of at least 25 Mbps • A backup laptop, backup internet device, and backup power source • A main computer with at least Intel Core i5 (or equivalent) and 8 GB RAM • A backup computer with at least Intel Core i3 and 4 GB RAM Benefits • We pay you fairly and on time • We provide prepaid HMO coverage for your peace of mind • We help you grow with tools, training, and honest feedback • We celebrate your wins • And above all, we actually care Company Overview • Cleardesk is an outsourcing company that helps organizations in leveraging outsourced talent.
