Remote Role Overview: We’re looking for a Junior Community Manager / Social Media Manager to help manage and grow our online presence across social media, Discord, and live content initiatives. This role is hands-on and active, with daily responsibilities across multiple platforms. This is not a passive position. You’ll be expected to create content, manage communities, moderate conversations, and support events consistently and independently.

Core

Responsibilities: Social Media Management You will be responsible for managing all social media accounts, including: • Creating and maintaining a social media content calendar • Creating social media content (written, visual, and video) • Editing short-form video clips for social platforms • Monitoring social media channels and engaging with the community Discord Community Management You will actively manage and support our Discord community, including: • Creating and posting Discord-specific content • Moderating the Discord server • Running and supporting Discord events • Identifying and coordinating speakers for Discord events Event, Podcast & Educational Content Support You will assist with ongoing content and live programming, including: • Podcast support • Virtual conference support • Masterclass support

Required Skills & Experience • 1+ years of experience as a Community Manager • 2+ years of experience managing social media professionally • Has shipped an Indie Title • Proficient knowledge of Discord • Proficient knowledge of bolthires and Twitch moderation • Working knowledge of video editing (standard level) • Strong time management skills • Highly self-motivated, reliable, and driven Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) • Background as a content creator • Graphic design experience or working knowledge Benefits • Unlimited PTO & vacation time • Flexible schedule • Monday–Friday workweek • U.S.
