About the Position 1Digital® is looking for a Project Manager with agency experience to work on our ongoing projects for our most valued clients and manage those accounts on a day-to-day basis. The right candidate will facilitate, track and be accountable for all aspects of a project’s execution and delivery. You would become the main point of contact for our clients, being the knowledge keeper and promoter for the client’s business, as well as their overall experience. What We Need From You: • Act as the day-to-day point of contact between 1Digital® and assigned accounts • Manage the scope, budget, timetable, and customer satisfaction of your assigned projects • Provide technical solutions as a level 1 support resource in our ticketing system • Be the technical point of contact for the project, responsible for providing necessary communication and project status updates to clients • Monitor the ongoing status of projects and communicate with clients to keep up to date • Plan for, allocate, and manage resources–both internally and freelance • Develop, maintain, and grow strong relationships with assigned client accounts • Define and scope client requirements and deliverables • Provide the development and sales teams with guidance on project specific processes, procedures, tools, training, and techniques • Collaborate with internal and client teams to creatively solve problems, brainstorm solutions, assign work, and make sure deliverables are met • Focus on continuous improvement, spotting opportunities for more effective ways of working and recommending solutions • Work with assigned accounts on strategic operational needs, including but not limited to, reporting, educating, and training to increase relationship • Identify deviations between project scopes and desired deliverables, initiating change requests as needed • Ensure all client deliverables are met • Set up meetings with clients, relaying all important information to the appropriate teams • Deliver on-time, on-scope and on-budget projects to clients What’s In
Your Arsenal: • Excellent written and oral communicator • College Degree • 2+ years of project management experience • Accountable, takes initiative & quality focused • Client service focused with great interpersonal skills • Detail oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills • Excellent communicator & collaborator • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines • Experience developing strategies on assigned accounts to fully leverage technology solutions • Experience managing projects from conception to closure, and have experience leveraging internal resources to get things done • Shopify/BigCommerce/Magento experience a Plus • Podio experience a plus Bonus: • Experience with launching an eCommerce site, launching a marketing campaign, brainstorming digital or traditional campaigns, strategy, project management, production, and account management • Experience with Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento and or other eCommerce platforms • Digital Marketing experience • Basic understanding of HTML, PHP, CSS, and JavaScript • Deep understanding of eCommerce solutions, web design, development process, and third-party applications Perks: • A fully remote office with a casual dress code • Our culture rocks, and so do our people!
