Job Description
We need a graphic designer to create a compelling, conversion-focused sales deck for client pitches. You should be comfortable with both visual design and narrative structure turning complex ideas into clean, persuasive slides. What you'll do • Review our existing materials (notes, website copy, rough decks) to understand our positioning • Propose a slide-by-slide outline with clear narrative flow: problem → solution → proof → pricing → next steps • Design polished slides with strong visual hierarchy, readable layouts, and minimal but effective graphics • Write or refine copy that's concise, benefit-focused, and tailored to our buyers • Incorporate social proof (metrics, testimonials, case studies) using assets we provide • Iterate through 1–2 feedback rounds • Deliver an editable deck file plus PDF export; optionally a presenter version with speaking notes and a leave-behind version Skills we're looking for • Sales deck design and storytelling • Clean, modern visual design with UX/UI sensibility • Copywriting for B2B audiences • Proficiency in PowerPoint, bolthires Slides, Keynote, or Figma • Bonus: light data visualization and infographics Details • Remote, async-friendly (brief alignment calls as needed) • Timeline flexible—please estimate first draft and final delivery • Budget open to proposals; include tiered options if helpful (light refresh vs.
