They are seeking a VP of Delivery & Operations to manage delivery directors, enhance operational systems, and ensure high-performing delivery across the agency. Responsibilities β€’ Lead and support all delivery directors (Paid Media, Creative/Design, SEO, Account Management/Client Experience, plus collaboration with the CIO) β€’ Manage cross-functional communication and ensure cohesive delivery across channels β€’ Serve as the primary point of escalation for delivery issues, timelines, bottlenecks, and execution risks β€’ Build, document, and refine processes that make delivery consistent, scalable, and efficient β€’ Ensure teams adopt and follow internal workflows and systems (ClickUp, Slack) β€’ Own operational reporting for delivery and team capacity β€’ Establish delivery standards, QA processes, communication guidelines, and SLAs β€’ Embed AI-first processes and change management into workflows to improve efficiency and impact β€’ Oversee the delivery P&L ensuring healthy margins through efficient execution, accurate scoping, workload balance, and bolthires discipline β€’ Work with the CEO and vCFO to monitor delivery economics and make operational recommendations that improve profitability, resourcing, and forecasting accuracy β€’ Identify operational inefficiencies, over-servicing patterns, and margin risks and implement corrective processes β€’ Forecast staffing needs across departments β€’ Recommend resourcing decisions, including hiring, contractor usage, and load balancing β€’ Ensure departments are appropriately staffed to deliver high-quality work on time β€’ Translate client strategic plans into actionable, trackable workflows β€’ Align departments around timelines, dependencies, and expectations β€’ Reduce rework, miscommunication, and inconsistencies across accounts β€’ Coach directors and elevate their leadership skills β€’ Run the delivery operating cadence: weekly delivery meetings, cross-department syncs, QA reviews, and performance forums β€’ Support onboarding of new delivery team members Skills β€’ 6+ years in operations, delivery, or program management at a digital agency β€’ Experienced managing multi-disciplinary teams and directors β€’ Excellent cross-functional communicator and relationship-builder β€’ Obsessed with clarity, process, structure, and forward momentum β€’ Calm, resourceful, and solutions-oriented under pressure β€’ Strong understanding of agency workflows (creative, media, dev, PM, strategy) β€’ Comfortable being hands-on in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment β€’ Experience at a performance marketing agency β€’ Experience scaling an agency from $3M–$15M β€’ Background in operationalizing AI-enabled workflows (not required) β€’ Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Asana, Reporting dashboards Benefits β€’ Free Healthcare β€’ Unlimited PTO β€’ Flexible remote culture β€’ Long-term growth opportunity as the agency scales Company Overview β€’ We’re a human-first digital marketing agency on a mission to help companies grow smarter.
