Role: Customer Service Representative In this exciting role, you'll be the face of arenaflex, communicating with customers via telephone and assisting with hotel, rental car, and flight reservations. Your primary goal will be to provide top-notch support to our customers, addressing their travel-related queries, concerns, and issues in a professional and empathetic manner. Whether it's helping customers change their travel plans, confirming their itinerary, or resolving travel issues, you'll be the go-to expert for all their travel needs.
Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls from customers and provide personalized support to address their travel-related queries and concerns Review customer history as necessary to provide context and resolve issues efficiently Follow policy and procedure guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions Help customers change travel plans, provide or confirm their travel itinerary, and process refunds as needed Place outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) to resolve customer issues or confirm travel arrangements Document information and outcomes as necessary to maintain accurate records and improve customer support processes Essential
Qualifications: To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need: Prior customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry or a related field Strong geographical knowledge to effectively assist customers with their travel plans Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, empathetically, and professionally Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and proactively, with a self-directed approach to resolving customer issues Strong typing skills and proficiency in using the internet and navigating multiple applications seamlessly Preferred
