Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to as a Ramp Agent and Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our ground handling team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient handling of cargo, baggage, and mail, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our passengers. Key Responsibilities Safely lift, load, unload, and transport cargo, baggage, and mail to and from aircraft, as well as operate ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in congested areas.

Protect cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions. Operate equipment such as scanners and computers to ensure accurate handling and tracking of cargo and baggage. Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and offering assistance as needed.
