Key Responsibilities Support business clients through optimization, reporting, and troubleshooting to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Maintain high service levels by meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction, timeliness, and efficiency targets. Support the execution and optimization of arenaflex's automated business generation and platform solutions to drive efficiency and scale. Provide consultation and technical support to a Global Merchant team to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance. Contribute to the analysis and optimization of processes, internal tools, and products to drive efficiency and scale. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in account management, operations, project management, or a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business insights. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Experience using business-grade or advertising serving solutions (e.g., arenaflex Advertising Manager, AdMob, DV360). Experience in streamlining operational processes (e.g., automation) to drive efficiency and scale.
Understanding of online advertising solutions (e.g., ad serving, business generation) and key platforms and trends (e.g., desktop, mobile, video). Understanding of SQL and data analysis principles. Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing industry, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
