Remote Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, emails, and live chats, resolving concerns, and providing assistance to customers. You will be working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, and we require individuals who are technically savvy, excellent communicators, and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities: Receive incoming calls, emails, and live chats, and resolve customer concerns, questions, or issues in a professional and courteous manner Provide medium to light tech support to assist customers with password resets, locating purchased items, and other technical issues Recommend additional products and services based on customer needs and requests Identify and recommend system improvements based on knowledge of system issues Work in a high-volume environment, handling between 75-150 calls per day, with an average call duration of 3 minutes Meet strong production deadlines, juggling multiple priorities, and demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: At least 2-3 years of experience working in a remote call center environment, with a separate office space setup and no background noise Proven track record of adhering to our 3 A's: Attendance, Attitude, and Aptitude Technically savvy, with the ability to assist customers with varying degrees of computer and smartphone issues, as well as self-correcting your own computer issues Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to operate in a high-volume, metrics-driven contact center environment Ability to listen actively to sensitive information, and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment Strong multi-tasking skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet strong production deadlines Bilingual in Spanish is a major plus, but not required Preferred
