Key Responsibilities and Duties As a Part-Time

Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our data entry operations. Your key responsibilities will include: Receiving and processing inventory data with high accuracy and attention to detail Preparing and updating customer orders, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date Utilizing scanners and other equipment to read bar codes and track products Following prompts on screens and adhering to established procedures for data entry tasks Troubleshooting problems and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner Ensuring that all products meet quality requirements and adhering to strict safety and quality standards Physical Demands and Work Environment While this role is primarily remote, you may be required to work in a warehouse environment on occasion.

In such cases, you will need to be able to: Lift up to 49 pounds and push utility carts up to 60 pounds Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around Go up and down stairs (where applicable) and work at heights up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable) You will also need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures and noise levels, and adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field Strong typing skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Preferred qualifications include: Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field Experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment Knowledge of inventory management and data entry software Certification in data entry or a related field Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume data entry environment Ability to adapt to changing procedures and processes
