Remote Financial Agent, you'll play a vital role in driving our business forward by recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training new employees, while also creating and delivering financial plans that meet the evolving needs of our clients. What You'll Be Doing As a key member of our arenaflex team, you'll be responsible for: * Conducting calls with representatives to expand the reach of our company and drive business growth * Scheduling and conducting appointments with potential clients, working around your schedule to ensure maximum flexibility * Becoming an expert in financial products, obtaining the necessary licenses (Life and Series 6) and having the option to pursue additional certifications (Series 26, 63, 65) * Training and onboarding new hires, helping them to develop into key team members * Developing and implementing strategies to maximize employee retention and ensure a seamless onboarding experience What You'll Need To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * The ability to influence and negotiate with anyone, building strong relationships and driving results * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner * The flexibility to work a part-time schedule, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * A strong desire for learning and personal growth, with a willingness to take on new challenges and develop your skills * Excellent listening skills, with the ability to understand and address the needs of our clients and team members * Consistency and coachability, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality results Preferred Qualifications If you have the following qualifications, you'll be a great fit for this role: * Relevant work experience in a sales or customer service environment * A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and finance * A proven track record of success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Benefits At arenaflex, we believe that everyone who joins our team deserves a work-life balance that allows them to thrive.
