Job Summary As an Account Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving growth and market expansion for our e-commerce platform. You'll be responsible for identifying and acquiring new sellers, developing and executing strategies to attract key marketplace players, and maximizing our products' selection and customer base.

Key Responsibilities * Develop a thorough understanding of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and global developments, and stay up-to-date on competitor efforts. * Identify, prospect, and acquire high-potential sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations. * Guide sellers through sharing best practices of online selling, including data-driven insights that help sellers achieve high standards of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives.

* Collaborate with and influence internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor issues. * Develop and execute strategies to attract key marketplace players and maximize our products' selection and customer base. Primary Qualifications * A Bachelor's degree is required. * 1-3 years of sales experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, preferably in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or a related industry. * Demonstrated success in exceeding sales objectives through consultative and solutions-focused processes.

* Experience promoting new products or offerings into new markets is strongly preferred. * Advanced communication and presentation skills, a robust working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs, and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment. * Strong commercial acumen with excellent written and oral communication skills. * Advanced analytical skills and quantitative abilities, with a comfort level with complex financial data. * Polished communication skills, including speaking, writing, imparting, and negotiating.

* Ability to think and lead in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, with a willingness to take on "hands-on" management of responsibilities and demonstrate the potential to manage multiple, competing priorities concurrently. Preferred Qualifications * 2+ years of e-commerce experience is a plus. * 3+ years of experience in the consumer electronics industry is a plus. * 3+ years of direct sales experience is a plus.
