Responsibilities: As a
Senior Product Analyst Manager, you will be responsible for: * Performing in-depth analysis using essential tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python) to drive business decisions and inform product development. * Leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that meet business objectives. * Owning projects from start to finish, covering issue definition, data collection, analysis, and presentation of findings to stakeholders. * Collaborating with teams to transform complex problems into actionable work items.
* Supervising the integration of cross-functional/hierarchical project timelines, driving enhancements and suggestions, and defining functional objectives and targets. * Providing guidance and achieving results through driving/influencing the commitments of others. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need: * A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering). * 3+ years of experience as a team leader in a senior influential position.
* 3+ years of work experience using data analysis to tackle product or business issues, performing statistical analysis, and coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL). * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders. * Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to drive results through influencing others. * Experience with data visualization tools and techniques. * Strong understanding of data security and privacy principles.
Preferred
Qualifications: * Master's degree in a quantitative field. * Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques. * Strong understanding of cloud computing and data analytics platforms. * Experience with agile project management methodologies. * Certification in data science or analytics.
