Remote Technical Support Representative – Call Center Customer Service, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, troubleshooting technical issues, and promoting our cutting-edge services. Here are just a few of the key responsibilities of this role: * Answer customer requests: You'll answer customer requests by telephone, online (e.g., chat, email, social media) regarding service offerings, technical issues, billing, and equipment.
* Follow up with proper internal/external documentation: You'll follow up with proper internal/external documentation to ensure that customer requests are properly recorded and tracked. * Maintain working knowledge of all company products and services: You'll maintain a working knowledge of all company products and services in a fast-paced, continually changing technical environment. * Complete service orders, trouble tickets, and handle customer requests: You'll complete service orders, trouble tickets, and handle customer requests with accuracy and the utmost courtesy for all internal and external vendors and customers.
* Properly utilize third-party and stand-alone software: You'll properly utilize third-party and stand-alone software to resolve every type of customer inquiry/issue. * Recognize and close on opportunities to upsell services: You'll recognize and close on opportunities to upsell services appropriately. * Maintain confidentiality of customer information: You'll maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times. * Maintain proper documentation of customer files: You'll maintain proper documentation of customer files, including service orders, trouble tickets, and customer requests.

Job Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * Minimum of 1-year previous customer service experience: You'll need to have a minimum of 1 year of previous customer service experience resolving customer inquiries of a non-technical nature in a face-to-face, phone, or multi-channel online environment.
