What We Offer * Competitive compensation: $14.00 per hour base pay, plus bonuses and commissions * Access to daily pay: Use Payactiv to access a portion of your earned wages prior to payday * Flexible scheduling: Work from home, Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, with 40 hours per week * Opportunities for continuous training and growth * Medical coverage, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance after 90 days * Accrue up to 3 weeks of paid time off after your first year of employment * 401(k) plan * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance * Work from home Responsibilities As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of calls from customers on behalf of our client, a prominent power company.

Your primary duties will include: * Providing customer service support and resolving customer complaints * Offering additional products and services on every eligible call * Assisting customers with power outage issues, making payments, creating payment plans, or starting/ending service * Offering customers the opportunity to purchase programs for surge protection, home wiring, and water heater repairs * Meeting program goals around phone time, customer experience, sales, and other key performance indicators Requirements * Prior recent experience working as an inbound customer service agent for at least one year, verifiable * Experience with upselling and cross-selling, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers via the telephone * Technical savvy, with the ability to easily learn and navigate multiple screens and enter data while engaging in conversation with customers * Time management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet various program goals * Solid organizational skills and attention to detail * Eligible candidates must be able to pass a background check and drug test Preferred Qualifications * Experience working in the power industry or a related field * Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools * Proven track record of meeting sales targets and exceeding customer satisfaction goals * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues What We're Looking For At arenaflex, we're looking for talented individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
