Job Summary As a Data Scientist on our Investigation and Conduct Change team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance the patient experience.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and execute research studies, analyze complex data sets, and develop predictive models to inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance the patient experience * Design and execute research studies to identify areas for improvement and inform business decisions * Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions * Develop predictive models to forecast future outcomes and inform business decisions * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions * Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data science and analytics Essential Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science) * 2+ years of experience in a data science or analytics role * Proficiency in programming languages such as R or Python * Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications * Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science) * Experience working with large datasets and complex data systems * Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and techniques * Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives * Certification in data science or analytics (e.g., Certified Data Scientist, Certified Analytics Professional) Skills and Competencies * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in data science and analytics
