Job Overview
This permanent work-from-home position is available to candidates in the PST/CST/MST time zone and offers a competitive pay range, as well as a $1000 sign-on bonus and an additional $2000 retention bonus 180 days after the start date. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing empathetic and member-centric service, educating plan benefits, answering questions, and resolving issues based on incoming telephone member contacts. The following qualifications are required: Demonstrated ability to be empathetic and compassionate Ability to apply patience in high-pressure situations Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment Basic computer, typing, and telephony skills Or, equivalent military experience Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Customer Service experience, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement arenaflex requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevent them from being vaccinated.
