Job Description
Key Responsibilities:Assist the IT department with day-to-day support including basic troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues;Help configure laptops, office devices, and standard software tools;Support the installation and setup of network infrastructure such as routers, switches, and firewalls;Participate in IT asset inventory management and labelling;Assist with user account setup, email configuration, and access permissions;Support routine security tasks such as backups and antivirus scans;Assist in IT projects like system upgrades or application rollouts;Complete any other tasks assigned by Line Manager.Requirements:Undergraduate or graduate student majoring in Computer Science, IT, or a related field;Familiarity with Windows or Mac operating systems and basic MS Office tools;Basic knowledge of networking concepts (e.g., IP, DNS, VPN);Detail-oriented with good communication and teamwork skills;Chinese and English communication ability is a plus.Additional Information:Availability: 3 to 5 days per week, flexible depending on academic schedule;Preferred internship period: minimum of 3 months;Internship certificate will be provided; outstanding interns may be offered a part-time/full-time opportunity.
