The role involves planning and executing customer engagement transformations within the Pharmaceutical and Bio-technology sectors. Responsibilities β’ Benchmarking current Omni-channel capabilities β’ Formulating transformation visions β’ Advising global-to-local governance models for transformation β’ Defining excellence projects β’ Implementing customer engagement excellence projects, including process definition, standards & guidelines β’ Developing and delivering training programs β’ Serving as interim staff Skills β’ Established an independent consulting practice β’ Proven experience in a Lead Strategist or Digital Excellence role at an agency, consulting firm or Life Sciences company β’ Track record of conceiving and guiding excellence programs that make a measurable impact β’ Demonstrated subject matter expertise surrounding digital and multi-channel engagement in Health β’ Strong client consultation skills with ability to guide a strategic discussion β’ Analytical thinker with strong organizational skills β’ Strong understanding of strategic marketing process β’ MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred but not required.
