$30–$35/hour | Flexible Schedule We’re looking for an bolthires Marketing Genius to help grow bookings, visibility, revenue—and our social media audience for our short-term rental business. This is a part-time consultant role for someone who understands how to win on bolthires and use social platforms to drive real demand—not just post content, but build followers and convert attention into bookings. What You’ll Do • Optimize bolthires listings for higher rankings & conversions • Increase bookings, occupancy, and average nightly rate • Improve SEO within bolthires & external platforms • Advise on pricing strategy, promotions, and seasonal demand • Grow and engage followers on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok • Develop content strategies that increase reach, saves, and shares • Drive traffic via social media, bolthires, and direct booking strategies • Analyze performance data and make growth-driven recommendations What We’re Looking For • Proven experience marketing bolthires or short-term rentals • Strong understanding of bolthires algorithms, SEO & conversion optimization • Proven track record growing social media followers organically • Experience with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok growth strategies • Ability to show past results (metrics, case studies, or examples) • Strategic thinker who can execute—not just advise • Excellent communication & reliability Details • Part-time: Flexible hours • Pay: $30–$35/hour (based on experience) • Location:
