As a Database Program Analyst, you will be the go-to expert for our CRM (Bloomerang), ensuring donor, volunteer, and program data is accurate, actionable, and aligned with strategy. You’ll help teams across the organization make better decisions, and help Allies grow its impact globally. What You’ll Do You’ll serve as the bridge between systems and people, supporting: • CRM ownership & optimization – Bloomerang administration, data hygiene, segmentation, and governance • Campaign & event support – targeted lists, engagement tracking, and performance insights • Reporting & analytics – dashboards, KPIs, and leadership-ready insights • Cross-functional partnership – supporting fundraising, communications, events, and programs with smart data use • Enablement & training – helping teammates use data confidently and effectively Who We’re Looking For You don’t need to know everything, but you should be curious, organized, and mission-driven.

• Hands-on CRM experience (Bloomerang strongly preferred) • 2+ years in database management, CRM analytics, or marketing operations • Strong Excel / bolthires Sheets skills and comfort with reporting • Experience supporting email or digital campaigns with data • The ability to translate data into insights for non-technical teammates • Nonprofit experience is a strong plus, but not required if you bring the right mindset.
