Responsibilities: Payables Entering and paying invoices in Quickbooks Banking Reconcile accounts, money transfers, confirming each transaction in the account.

Payroll Complete biweekly payroll for all employees through importing of payroll transactions Reports Enter/review data in weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports and analyze for anomalies, understand and prepare Profit & Loss statements through QuickBooks by making deposits in and reconciling account, and maintain General Ledger. Filing maintain an orderly filing system for all invoices, bills and statements. Notifying senior staff of accounting errors Qualifications 0-2 years experience in a related field.

Knowledge of general accounting experience a plus with an emphasis on accounts payable. Strong organizational and analytical skills are required with an emphasis on attention to detail. Proficiency in bolthires Suite applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) Must have a positive attitude and be self-motivated. Must be able to communicate effectively with vendors and all levels of employees at the store. Familiarity with Quickbooks is a plus
