Our Regulatory & Clinical Consulting Services team in US is looking for a Lead Consultant Sales Manager.

This position can be performed near any US Clarivate office or fully remote. Responsibilities • Implement and lead professional services sales planning, focusing on customer retention and new business growth strategies to grow long term revenue. • Manage diverse, high-value customer deals and negotiate complex professional service contracts. • Build and sustain a large network of customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service delivery. • Pursue and lead new business opportunities and markets, driving market expansion and long-term revenue growth.

• Analyze sales metrics, trends, and KPI's, providing valuable insights and actionable recommendations to leadership. • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand presence. • Conduct in-depth business reviews and provide recommendations to customers while continuously expanding industry knowledge to stay updated on trends and best practices. • Lead cross-functional collaboration across sales planning and projects to ensure alignment to business objectives and successful service delivery.

Requirements • Bachelor's degree • Minimum 10 years relevant experience with a focus in regulatory intelligence and strategy, quality assurance, Pharmacovigilance or clinical strategy.
