LHH is seeking an experienced commercial litigation paralegal for an Am Law firm, supporting high‑stakes federal matters in a fully remote environment. If you excel in federal court practice, thrive in complex litigation, and are highly skilled in Relativity, this role will allow you to take ownership of key litigation workflows—from e‑filings to virtual exhibit binders and remote deposition preparation. What you’ll do • Manage federal e‑filings, docketing, and compliance with federal/local rules • Build and maintain virtual deposition and trial binders for exhibits, witnesses, and remote proceedings • Lead document review, organization, and productions using Relativity (advanced user strongly preferred) • Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and litigation correspondence • Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial support logistics • Maintain priorities, timelines, and accurate billable hour entries What you’ll bring • 5+ years of litigation experience with strong federal court exposure • Experience in commercial litigation, mass tort, or class action matters • High‑level Relativity proficiency (searches, batching, productions, analytics a plus) • Ability to work efficiently and independently in a remote environment • Strong drafting, research, organization, and communication skills • Comfort with collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Asana) Nice to have • Multi‑jurisdictional litigation support experience • Trial‑team support (witness prep, exhibit management, tech coordination)
Salary: $85,000–$100,000, depending on experience Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
