Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of the metadata platform. Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in metadata management. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the metadata platform. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to software engineering principles. Contribute to code reviews and provide valuable feedback to improve the overall quality of the platform. Participate in team meetings and provide updates on project progress.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks or challenges in the development process. Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely delivery. Keep track of project deadlines and deliverables. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
