This role involves using communication and problem-solving skills to help patients achieve their dreams of having a family. As a Pharmacy Technician Representative – Customer Response Team at Freedom Fertility, you will: • Ensure process efficiency – Work with both patients and physicians to coordinate fertility plans and medications. Own the patient experience through resolving customer issues and ensuring 100% follow-up to customers.
• Pay attention to detail – Accurately obtain and enter patient information, including shipping, insurance, and payment information. • Be a team player – Escalate complex claims to the Sr. Billing & Reimbursement Specialists for appropriate action. What you’ll do: • Outreach to patients when payment declines or differences in costs • Set up medication reshipments • Research issues and problem solve Qualifications • An empathetic and fun-loving personality with a few good jokes on the ready • High School Diploma or GED required • Excellent customer service, organization, and time management skills • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality • Excellent communication skills; written and verbal • PC skills including knowledge of bolthires Office Suite and Internet • Willingness to work a flexible schedule • Must reside within the state of Arizona or within driving distance of Newburyport, Massachusetts • If residing in AZ – a valid CPhT license • If residing in MA – a valid MA Tech license • Preferred CPhT Requirements • Saturday rotation • Mix of mornings, mids, and closings Benefits • Health coverage effective day 1 (including medical, dental, vision) • Holiday, PTO, and OT pay • 401K with company match • Tuition Assistance • Fun, friendly, and unique culture – bring your whole self to work every day!
