Key Responsibilities • * Lead the design, architecture, and development of scalable and efficient engineering solutions.
• * Provide technical direction, mentoring, and guidance to engineering teams. • * Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align engineering efforts with business goals. • * Ensure high-quality code, system performance, and security best practices. • * Conduct technical reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize system performance. • * Research and implement emerging technologies to enhance product development. • * Maintain documentation, best practices, and coding standards to ensure long-term maintainability.
• Required Skills and Qualifications • * Strong expertise in software development, system architecture, and cloud technologies. • * Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript. • * Deep understanding of microservices architecture, APIs, and DevOps practices. • * Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities. • * Strong leadership, mentorship, and collaboration skills. • * Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience • * 10+ years of experience in engineering roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership or principal engineering position. • * Proven track record of leading large-scale software development projects. • * Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or bolthires Cloud). • * Prior experience in the consumer products industry is a plus. • Working Hours • * Part-time, flexible hours (approximately 20 hours per week). • * Fully remote role, with occasional virtual meetings and collaboration sessions.
