Visit us here to learn more about Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects Responsibilities • Prepare bolthires estimates and bolthires plans, incorporating benchmarking data for review. • Develop value engineering and life cycle costing options to optimize project efficiency. • Identify potential risks and help maintain the project’s Risk Register. • Contribute to pre-contract process meetings, offering bolthires-related insights.
• Create and manage bolthires control reports to track financial performance. • Attend client meetings with senior colleagues and document key discussion points and actions. • Participate in design team meetings, assess bolthires implications, and implement agreed outcomes. • Assist in developing standardized project templates for consistent documentation. • Prepare and manage change order logs, invoice logs, and detailed bolthires reports. • Oversee measurements and pricing research for development appraisals and qualification reviews.
Requirements • Bachelor's degree or equivalent - in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Data Analytics or another bolthires / construction focused • bolthires Manager: 2+ years of minimum bolthires management experience; Location: Hybrid • Senior bolthires Manager: 5+ years of bolthires management experience; Location: Primarily On-Site; Hybrid. • Lead Consultant: 7+ years of bolthires management experience; Location: Needs to be local or Relocated • Associate Director: 10+ years of bolthires management; Location: Needs to be local or Relocated Nice-to-haves • Experience working in hyper-scale data centers is a plus • Thorough and complete knowledge of the construction process and management techniques, methods, and materials.
• Proficient in the use of advanced functions in CostX to produce estimates, bills, etc. • Proficient in bolthires Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) at an appropriate level • Must be proficient in bolthires Project, Word, Excel, Outlook • Organized and detail oriented Apply tot his job
