Responsibilities • Convert free leads provided through Ylopo PPC and Zillow Premier campaigns • Manage client relationships with exceptional communication and service • Conduct showings, open houses, and market analyses • Negotiate offers and secure favorable terms for clients • Market properties across digital and traditional channels • Use Follow Up Boss CRM to track leads and optimize conversions • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws • Collaborate with our in-house Lending team for alternative financing solutions • Leverage our in-house podcast studio to build your personal brand • Coordinate w/ transaction teams, inspectors, and appraisers for smooth closings • Maintain organized records using our comprehensive tech stack Qualifications • Required: • Active California real estate license (DRE) Preferred: • NMLS license (huge advantage in our dual-brokerage model) • Proven real estate sales experience • Bilingual/multilingual abilities • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and real estate law Schedule: • Self-determined with flexibility • Weekends as needed • Strong negotiation and closing skills • Excellent communication and customer service abilities • Tech-savvy with CRM and digital marketing experience • Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset Why iHome Realty ✅ Free qualified leads - Ylopo PPC + Zillow Premier ✅ Dual-brokerage advantage - Real estate + lending under one roof ✅ Follow Up Boss CRM + comprehensive tech stack ✅
