Digital Marketing Manager (Part-Time, Contract) Location: 100%
Remote (Arizona-based preferred) Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Engagement: 1099 Contractor Hours/Pay: $22–$25/hr | 15–20 hours/week (flexible) About Us We are a fast-growing Arizona real estate development and senior living organization dedicated to creating exceptional communities for residents and families. We’re looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to elevate our online presence, drive qualified leads, and support brand growth across our properties.
This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who enjoys owning strategy, execution, and optimization. Position Overview You will lead the digital marketing function across paid ads, social media, email, website optimization, and analytics. Success in this role means generating inquiries, strengthening brand visibility, and creating meaningful online engagement. Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Strategy & Advertising • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive move-in inquiries and brand awareness.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns through bolthires Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and other platforms. Content & Social Media • Create and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, and bolthires Business Profile. • Produce engaging posts, reels, stories, and branded visuals. • Support reputation management through proactive review monitoring and responses. Email & CRM • Build and manage drip campaigns, newsletters, and automated follow-bolthires. • Nurture leads through the full digital customer journey. Website, SEO & Analytics • Assist with website updates, landing pages, and SEO basics.
• Track performance and prepare analytics reports. Required Qualifications • 3–5+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally in real estate, senior living, healthcare, or related fields. • Hands-on experience with bolthires Ads and Meta Ads (certifications a plus). • Strong understanding of senior living audience targeting. • Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite/Buffer, bolthires Analytics, and basic CRM tools. • Excellent written communication; able to work independently and meet deadlines.
